Grammys 2019: Alle Gewinner auf einen Blick

Die Grammys bezeichnen sich gerne als die größte Nacht der Musik. Doch nicht alle Gewinner waren anwesend.

Der Großteil der 61. jährlichen Grammys Awards wurde wie üblich bereits vor der Ausstrahlung verliehen.

Zu den bereits bekannten Gewinnern gehörten Hugh Jackmans „The Greatest Showman“ für besten Filmsoundtrack, Dave Chappelles Standup-Comedy-Album und „The Band’s Visit“ wurde mit einem Grammy Award für den besten Musical-Theater-Soundtrack ausgezeichnet.

Einige der bereits zuvor bekannten Preisträger waren auch diejenigen, die wiederholt in der Show aufgetreten sind. Lady Gaga und Bradley Coopers „Shallow“ wurde für den besten Song „Written for Visual Media“ ausgezeichnet. „Black Panther“ hat die Auszeichnung bester „Score Soundtrack for Visual Media“ verliehen bekommen und auch Kacey Musgraves bzw. Ariana Grande wurden bereits vor der Show in der Kategorie Country und Pop ausgezeichnet.

Nun geht es aber ans Eingemachte!

Kendrick Lamar war für acht Grammys nominiert, Drake knapp dahinter mit sieben. Trotzdem lehnten beide Stars einen Auftritt während der Show ab, obwohl Drake einen Überraschungsauftritt hatte.

Der Produzent Boi 1-da und Brandi Carlile waren ebenfalls für sechs Preise nominiert, während Childish Gambino, H.E.R., Lady Gaga und Maren Morris um fünf Grammophontrophäen kämpften.

Die beiden großen Preise des Abends gingen an Childish Gambino, der für „This Is America“ den Grammy für das „beste Lied des Jahres“ gewann und Kacey Musgraves bekam für „Golden Hour“ den die begehrte Auszeichnung für das „Album des Jahres“. Als beste Newcomerin wurde die Britin Dua Lipa ausgezeichnet.
